Privacy Policy

• Minecraft username and UUID when you join the server.
• IP address, stored temporarily for anti-cheat and ban enforcement.
• Discord username and ID when you open a support ticket.
• Payment screenshots and transaction references you share for verification.
• Basic in-game statistics such as playtime, kills and balances.

Data is used only to operate the server, deliver purchases, prevent cheating and resolve support tickets. We do not sell or rent player data to third parties.

Payments are processed directly through UPI to akhilinspire@fam. We never see or store your bank credentials, card numbers or UPI PIN — only the confirmation details you choose to share in a ticket.

This website stores your shopping cart in your browser's local storage so it survives a page refresh. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.

Gameplay data is kept for the duration of the season. Ticket records and payment confirmations are kept for up to 12 months for dispute resolution.

You may request deletion of your ticket history and stored personal details by contacting staff in Discord, except where records must be kept for fraud prevention.

Players under 18 should get permission from a parent or guardian before making any purchase.
